What We Love
Like many of you, we love the sensation you get when you travel anywhere whether for work or play or simply to relocate your family for a long beach or pool vacation. We love hotels and AirBnBs but what we found as a common theme in each was that owners and operators didn't put any extra attention to detail and design. There was no element of relaxation or calm. The type of place that when you walk in you immediately feel transported to places like the Beverly Hills Hotel, the Four Seasons, or The Mandarin but not at those price points. The most recent AirBnB we stayed in for example gave us 4 coffee cups and 3 bowls and dirty stained sheets! Come on!!!
We also view that spending close to $1000 per night for a one bed small hotel room doesn't make sense and most people who love to travel can't afford this and especially if you are bringing a family along. How many have slept in one bed or even two so called Queen beds with your kids. It's not fun so we feel that larger resort style accommodations with all the same if not more amenities at a more economical price point per night is the way to go.
We wanted to create an experience where you want to stay and come back. From a simple relaxation vacation to a customer event for our corporate folks each of our resorts have an element of high design and amenities that create an environment that you won't want to leave!
We also wanted to create an environment that was geared towards families, bachelorette parties, group celebrations and the just because I want to getaway crowd, so we designed all of our homes to utilize every space possible for entertaining and relaxing in style.
We have spent a great deal of effort in sourcing very unique and historical properties and put a great attention into detail when designing and renovating them into an experience. We've created a commonality between them in order to host larger scale events as well which led to the creation of our Palm Springs boutique Hotel, The Velvet Rope for larger events such as weddings and each property adjacent to it such as The Beverly, Blush, Escape and Nellie Coffman Estate. Between these properties we have 50 rooms in total in the Palm Springs market alone.
